I’m sorry things have been so difficult…
Feeling lost?
Lacking a sense of closeness?
Feeling misunderstood?
Having a hard time adjusting?
Step 1: Notice the weeds
Recognizing there’s an issue with how you’re experiencing your day-to-day. The weeds of your life are bogging you down. They are taking your resources and energy.
Step 2: Plant your seeds
Realize what you’re experiencing doesn’t have to continue. You deserve something different and better. What parts of your life deserve more? Where do you want to see growth?
Step 3: Celebrate your harvest!
Reach out! The garden of your life should be full of intention and beauty. Your life should work for you. You don’t have to continue experiencing this struggle alone. Send me an email and we can get started.
Cassie Cahill, LMFT
I know what it’s like to think you have nowhere else to turn. The guilt, shame, and confusion you feel when you realize you don’t have it together like you thought you did or were supposed to. Those feelings of overwhelm, sadness, and anxiety can creep in slowly and one day they’re all you can focus on.
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with my Master’s in Science from Friends University. I practice therapy through a blend of attachment, narrative, and emotion focused therapy. I enjoy work with individuals and families through a myriad of challenges. I firmly believe we all want to feel safe and seen so we can be authentically ourselves. I am here to give you the space and guidance needed to understand your unique experience.
I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find someone who feels like they “get it”. To me, it’s imperative that we find likeminded people who can help us navigate the complexities of life. We are constantly fed different narratives of how we should be. So often, these stories we hear impact how we view ourselves and the world around us. I want to help you sift through the dirt and find the parts of yourself you want to that flourish.
Through the therapy process we will explore the garden of your life. We will start by weeding through your unkempt maybe slightly disregarded garden bed. We will find and pull the weeds and invasive species. Once your garden of life has a bit more structure we will go on a hunt for the best seeds. We will examine the different areas of life that could use a little extra TLC, maybe you have parts that are so overgrown you’ve lost the ability to fully see them for what they are. The garden of your life should feel abundant and beautiful, reach out and I’ll help you tend yours.

This struggle is not your entire story
Take time to be intentional with your mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of being actively aware and present in the here and now. Mindfulness brings awareness to thoughts, feelings, and sensations of any given moment without judgement.
